1. Why This Page Exists
Gateway uses a mix of infrastructure, billing, storage, and generation providers to operate the Service. This page is intended to provide practical transparency about the main categories of processors and service providers that may receive or process personal data, customer content, or service metadata on Gateway's behalf.
2. Current Baseline Categories and Providers
- Payments and billing: Stripe.
- Database, authentication, and application data services: Supabase.
- Queueing, rate limiting, and asynchronous wakeup infrastructure: Upstash and QStash-related services.
- AI workflow and generation providers: Runware and fal.ai.
- Object storage and media delivery infrastructure: Impossible Cloud and related storage-delivery surfaces configured by Gateway.
- Application hosting or runtime infrastructure for Gateway-operated services: provider stacks configured by Gateway for frontend or backend hosting, which may include Render or similar hosting environments used by Gateway from time to time.
3. Data Categories That May Be Processed
- Account identifiers, session data, and authentication-related metadata.
- Billing and transaction metadata, invoice references, subscription state, dispute state, and payment-related records.
- Prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs, asset metadata, and operational request payloads needed to process workflows.
- Security, rate-limit, anti-abuse, and service-diagnostic data.
- Communications metadata associated with support, billing review, legal review, or account recovery.
4. Processing Locations and Transfers
Gateway may use providers that process data in the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions. The precise storage or processing region may vary by provider, feature, account configuration, or operational failover path. Gateway therefore does not represent that all data remains in a single region or that all providers use identical retention or localization practices.
Where required, Gateway relies on contractual safeguards, adequacy mechanisms, or other lawful transfer tools intended to support cross-border processing. Additional provider-level terms, privacy notices, or data processing addenda may apply.
5. Important Qualification
This page is not a promise that the listed providers are the only providers Gateway will ever use, nor is it a statement that every listed provider processes data in every workflow. Some providers may be activated only for certain plans, environments, features, or request paths. Gateway may add, remove, or replace providers without advance notice where operationally necessary, subject to applicable law and Gateway's published policies.
